Audley Travel and COVID. We've had some brilliant holidays with Audley but the latest one planned is hard work - for us. We wanted to plan a journey that would be tailor-made just for us. Flawless planning and Natasha has been brilliant in providing information and advice for our very exciting trip to East We engaged Audley Travel to organise a holiday in Laos for two people for three weeks. The Itinerary was Huge for twelve days. It did not disappoint. We were unable to proceed with our holiday due to COVID closures and canceled our trip. Dear ******. Nepal is a very special place, we loved it. Your money is safe when you travel with us. We compared costs against other providers and they were competitive. Whether or not one can use that credit is irrelevant to the travel insurance company because from their perspective, if credit is offered then the consumer has not incurred a loss. However, one third of our trip was AWFUL and they literally had a tour guide for us for our four days in Hoi An who tried to (and succeeded) in ripping us off, upcharging us for services that he wasn't providing (merely translating), and essentially holding us captive and forcing us to go to a pottery village and wouldn't let us leave despite us saying we had no interest and didn't want to spend our money there. We chose Audley having read the posted reviews and felt we had found a company that could be trusted to deliver the sort of holiday we enjoyed. What would you like to experience? I wholeheartedly thank Mat for everything he did for us. Management is helpful and employees are friendly. It was much further from the water (we were told it was right on the hill behind ***************) and had no view whatsoever!
